AUTHOR
Technology, product and portfolio leader working at the intersection of physical product design and enterprise digital transformation — based in Mexico City, with project exposure across 10+ countries.

My work started in industrial design — physical objects, materials, production constraints — before moving into retail POS and EPOS product management, and from there into IT program and portfolio leadership across financial services, banking, retail, SaaS and consumer goods.
That origin shapes how I approach digital products and technology portfolios today: as things with materials, tolerances and maintenance costs, whether they're built from plastic or from code. I call this way of working DTL — Digital Transformation Leadership — and it operates at program and portfolio scale, across distributed, cross-functional teams.
Thinking in Products, Building Systems, the living book on this site, is where I write that argument out in full, one chapter a week.
